8 secrets to perfect skin

We haven't found anyone who doesn't want to know the trick to perfect skin. You know that many factors can affect your skin: the weather, your menstrual cycle, your cleansing routine and yes, your diet. But there are simple things that can significantly improve the appearance of your skin.

A very popular and wrong is the myth that dry skin only needs hydration. Actually every skin type can have a negative water balance. Sun, heat and air conditioning in the summer gathers a “wonderful” combination, that may be enhanced by the drying action of the products for oily skin and may make the dehydration "extras" more tangible as an uncomfortable tension, peeling and faded look.

Except the aesthetic reasons, hydration is extremely important, as it keeps the skin supple and healthy and allows it to retain its natural defensive forces against adverse factors and may delay aging.

So we prepared a short list of tips that you should follow, not only for the beautiful skin, but in general.

1. There's hardly anyone misunderstood, but to say again simple words: Drink enough water!

In order to hydrate your skin, you must remember to hydrate your body inside. You should drink an average of one and a half liters of water per day. To balance your liquid intake, remember to drink regularly throughout the day, don't wait to be thirsty.

To conserve your beauty and youthfulness, the skin needs deep moisturization. The use of moisturizing active ingredients prevents the water contained in the skin from evaporating.

2. Coffee, juice, beer and wine are not sources of hydration.
When it comes to drinking water, quite often people jump and say they have drank enough of coffee / tea / yogurt / whiskey a day and they believe that it provides the daily hydration needs. Apart from being wrong, such a fallacy is quite dangerous, because many of these drinks do not hydrate the body in any way, on the contrary they dehydrate it.

4. Don’t smoke!

6. Try to support normal humidity of indoor air.
